History: Xianfei was the daughter of a wealthy Chinese magistrate. One day after a bitter fight with her father, Xianfei ran away to the hills. She set up camp in a cave; where she discovered a strange shrine with a sword. Taking the Ashura Blade, Xianfei went to sleep for the night. The Ashura blade took control of Xianfei, leading her back to her father's. Xianfei, under the influence of the blade, massacred everyone in the house. After Xianfei regained control of herself, she ran away from home (again). After hearing rumors that the Shugotenshi could remove the curse placed on her, Xianfei traveled off to Japan.

Special Skills/Abilities: Kaiso is extremely skilled with his bow and katanas. He can cook and clean very well; he makes a living as a servant of sorts. He's also quite a marksman and is only one of a few people in Japan who secretly owns a firearm.
Personality: Effeminate, quiet, hardworking, and easygoing; Kaiso has a complex personality and is not needlessly violent despite his abilities. He can be quite vengeful and bloody if wronged, and can hold grudges for long amounts of time. He can sometimes seem cold from his intelligence and phislosophies, but he's actually a very warm, caring person.
History: Born to Kito Ryuzoji, Kaiso began training in combat at age 6. Kito's mind was set in the ideal that the world was a cold, unchanging place; and at age 14, Kaiso ran away from home. Kaiso left Japan on a ship headed for Macao, where he was educated and enlisted in the Portugese army. Kaiso returned to Japan at age 22 after learning of the freedoms outside of the nation's closed borders. He felt a deep urge to overthrow the Japanese government after viewing the treatment of Japan's people. He has no dislike of foreigners, and sees pejudice as stupid and pointless.

Weapon(s): While skilled with almost all of the weapons of war, the 2 katanas at his side seem to be his weapons of choice.

Weapons: She wears two kodachi, one strapped to each side of her hips that are obsidian black in color, along with daggers hidden in her boots, waist, and neck areas.

Special Skills/Abilities: Fuyuka is quite proficient in ninjutsu. This includes stealth, perserverance, and the art of a swift kill.
Personality: Fuyuka has a nasty disposition. She's been known to kill a man for giving her a bad look. She isn't called the "Blood Demon" for nothing!
History: Fuyuki studied ninjutsu along with her sister Shuuki with her family, which was also a small ninja clan. When she turned 17, she and her sister murdered the entire clan so that they could do as they pleased. They are now independent assassins for hire, and quite notorious as well, especially throughout Kyoto and Edo. They will do anything from assasinating an important official to playing bodyguard, as long as the pay is good.

Personality: Cool-headed and intelligent. He can be naive sometimes. He does well with children. He tends to be a loner because he grew up alone but once you have him as a friend, he's very loyal. He's very nasty to have as an enemy, though.
History: Kitsune is born to a kitsune and a vampire out of forbidden love. His father (the Vampire) disappeared when he was born but his mother (the Kitsune) Raised him until he was five, then disappeared herself. He was left by the kitsune elders to die in the forest, but as luck would have it, he was found by an old thief leader. Kitsune's powers were used in their raids. He left them at age 10 because he didn't believe he belonged with them.

History: Kikyo grew up in the Temple where she was trained from birth to be a Shinto Priestess by her mother. Kikyo is the guardian of the Stones of Power, which are said to grant their holder's any wish.

Special Skills/Abilities: Being a kitsune, Tsuyuka has several latent abilities to speak of.
First is her mastery of illusion; Kitsune can manipulate their surroundings indefinately.
Second is her limited ability to shapeshift; She can shift form from a Human, a half-and-half form (a human with fox ears and tail), or full fox.
Third is the power of seduction, which is a type of mind control.
Fourth is Kitsune-bi, or "Foxfire". This can only work in fox form, due to the fact that it involves rubbing of the tails. It creates fire or lightning.
Fifth is posession. This is not permanent, however, and can cause Tsuyuka some difficulties in doing so.
Tsuyuka's weaknesses are those of a normal kitsune's:
If someone gets a hold of her Kitsune Ball, she will do anything to retrieve it.
Another weakness is religion. Religion goes against Tsuyuka's very existence.
And lastly, she can feed off of just about anything. This can be rocks, music, air, starlight, and even food.
Personality: Tsuyuka comes off as delicate and friendly most of the time. If insulted, her temper snaps and she can go into a rage. She does whatever possible to keep her future safe.
History: Tsuyuka manifested from the spirit world long ago, taking herself a family in her early life. As the years have gone on, she has manipulated the government to best suit her needs... However, she usually does not stay around long enough to get herself into trouble.
